This Portal was created by Kai Harper. He created this 'Portal to the Past' because he wanted to show something personal to him, by letting the audience see some sort of his past. He made a drawing of part of his face, mostly the eye area and drew a tear coming down his face with words that he was called by others. Horrendous words. He said he wanted to show this in a museum because it allows viewers to connect emotionally to this Portal. This links to the other Portal created by Kai Harper, as it about people saying horrendous comments about him and how the LGBTQIA+ community have people judging them based on their sexuality. Whereas, the other portal is about wanting a more equal world and not having people judge you or have dreadful comments being made to you by others because of your sexuality.
